Website and Video for The Boars Head

The Boars Head is a delightful Gastro Pub a few miles east of Preston in the village of Hoghton.

Offering excellent food and drink in a relaxed, countryside setting, The Boars Head wanted to communicate the quality of their food, along with the ambience of their venue via a new website.

It was a pleasure to get stuck in to this project, within which we developed a clean, responsive website in line with the general brand identity of The Boars Head.

As you can see we also visited the pub to film proprietor Scott and the venue itself so that we could put together a short promotional video to site in pride of place on the home page of the website.

The video really helps to create the atmosphere of The Boars Head, and gives Scott the opportunity to welcome guests to the pub and restaurant.

We also realistically laid out the on-site SEO so that The Boars Head appears on Google for the popular search terms “Gastro Pub Preston” and “Gastro Pub Blackburn”.

Scott tells us the the general feedback on both the website and the promotional video (hosted on Vimeo) has been astounding. Cool beans!
